If you’re struggling with blemishes or redness, you probably want to know how to conjure up a flawless complexion. In the following steps we will explain how you can create a great looking base for your make-up and create a more even complexion.

Day Cream

Regardless of whether it is for beginners or experienced women, the first step should always be to apply a nourishing day cream. This protects your skin from drying out and allows it to fuse better with concealer. Massage your day cream gently into your skin and leave it on for about 15 min. before moving on to the next step.

So that your complexion is fresh and even, you can now apply a foundation. A light foundation is good for a particularly result. If you are more prone to blemishes, you can also use a slightly higher pigmented masking product. In any case, make sure that the shade you choose matches your skin tone.

Mascara should not be missing from any successful make-up. To give your lashes the best curl, you can first use an eyelash curler. Then you can simply apply your lashes with a motion from the lash line to the tips. The more intensely your eyelashes should be colored and lengthened, the more layers you should apply. But be careful: if you apply one layer after the other, your eyelashes can easily mutate into sticky fly legs. So work cleanly and quickly.

Eyebrow Pencil

Now shape your eyebrows with the help of an eyebrow pencil and some brow gel. Beautifully brows frame the face and give your eye area even more expression. The right way to do this is to fill in the gaps in your eyebrows with a brow pencil, then fix the brows with the eyebrow gel and brush the hairs up again to blend the color a little more.

Powder & Blush

To create a beautiful look, you should now apply a little more powder. Either a compact powder that matches your skin and conjures up some more color on your face is suitable for this, or you use a transparent powder that primarily sets your foundation again. With a touch of blush you can now set accents as you like and highlight the contours of your face shape. To do this, apply the product below the cheekbones with a blush brush. For a kick of freshness, you can use the blush to conjure up tender apple cheeks.
